Active listening communicates a valuable message to your customer that you are interested and that you care. As an active listener, you build customer loyalty. Ways to listen actively include acknowledging what the customer says with short confirmations, such as “Tell me more”, “I see” and “What else can you tell me.”

New Lamp Warranty - Warrantech recently introduced a new parts only warranty to cover the lamp on front and rear projectors. The lamps are used in the newest technologies, including DLP, LCOS, DILA and LCD. The product covers the cost of the lamp only and does not include labor or freight.

New Date Of Purchase Screen Damage - At the request of several dealers, Warrantech has introduced date of purchase screen damage contracts. These contracts must be sold at the time the product is sold and must include product coverage. These plans may be sold on note book computers, LCD monitors, LCD, Plasma, DLP. Under this plan, should the screen accidentally become scratched or cracked, Warrantech will replace the screen at no charge to the consumer.
