How do customers
acquire a replacement under the RepairMaster
Replacement Program?
During the replacement period (the year
following the expiration of the shortest portion
of the manufacturer’s limited warranty,
the customer needs to call the toll free number
to receive an RO (repair order) number. They
take the number along with their defective
product to their dealer’s location and
redeem it for a product of equal features and
functionality up to the original purchase price.
The customer is asked to carry the defective
product to the store for verification. Should
it be inconvenient to return the defective
product to the store, the customer maybe asked
at Warrantech’s expense to return the
defective unit via an overnight carrier.
