can I sell a
customer a warranty?
If
a product
has one-year parts
and labor manufacturer’s
original warranty,
then a contract
may be purchased
up to nine
months from
the date of
purchase. If
a product has
a ninety-day
labor warranty,
then a contract
may be purchased
within the
first thirty
days from the
date of purchase.
Exceptions: The
following contracts
must be sold at
the time of the
sale of the product.
All screen damage
products (RMSP2,
RMSP3, RMSP5),
Lamp Warranty (RMLMP3),
Cellular Theft
protection (RMCT11T).
