MAKE SURE YOU’VE GOT IT RIGHT
 
Don’t you hate it when you spend ten minutes explaining to a shoe salesperson that you only want brown, leather loafers, and he shows you white canvas sneakers? Why wasn’t the salesperson listening to the fact that you’re buying shoes for work? Make sure that you’ve got the information right by restating and summarizing the customer’s thoughts. Reflect on the customer’s mood and ensure that you’ve addressed the customer’s needs.
